The pianist and composer Andreas Wolter is offering an exciting album with "Romantic Minimals", that features different compostions of himself and also songs by Eric Satie.
Apart from piano solo pieces, sensitively interpreted by Wolter, there are also works for ensembles including piano, cello, violin and flute. A mixture of happiness and melancholy marks the works of Andreas Wolter that are in no way inferior to the arrangements of Eric Satie.
Andreas Wolter is playing Piano and Organ on the album, backed up by Romy Nagy (Cello), Daniel Agi (Flute) and Renate Gräger (Violin).
Wolter studied piano, cembalo, organ and music theory at the University of Arts in Berlin and the University Of Music in Münster. As soloist and chamber musician he can be seen often in church concerts as well as national and international festivals. Furthermore he also composed different works and film soundtracks.
"Romantic Minimals" can not only be recommended for lovers of classical music as the 19 songs offer the perfect frame for silent hours - regardless what music is usually liked.
